Draft

This page is a working draft. The final version will be published before Fiedmo launches.

This policy explains which personal data Fiedmo collects, why we need it and what control you have over it.

1.Who we are

Fiedmo is run from Romania. The full company details will be added here before launch.

2.What we collect

Only what we need to run your account:

Account
Your first name, your email address and the language of your account.
Password
Stored only in encrypted form. Nobody at Fiedmo can read it.
Terms
The date you accepted the terms and which version you accepted.
Security
For each login: the browser and the IP address, to keep your account safe.
Statistics
On the public pages we count visits: the page, where you came from, the kind of device and browser, the browser language, the country and the city (learned from your internet address, which we do not keep). When you create an account, it remembers where you came from. Details in the Cookie policy.
Your projects
The projects you follow and your alert preferences, once these features are live.
Your channel
Only if you connect Telegram: the number of your private chat with the Fiedmo bot, your Telegram username and first name, and when you connected. We do not get your phone number. Disconnecting deletes them.
Your questions
Only if you use Ask AI: the questions you ask and the answers you get, linked to your account. You see the last 30 days in the app; we keep them longer, to see what people ask and to make the answers better.

3.Why we use it

To run your account, send you the alerts and emails you asked for, keep Fiedmo secure and make it better.

We do not sell your personal data.

4.Who helps us

A few trusted providers help us run Fiedmo:

Vercel
Runs the website. Our servers are in Frankfurt, Germany.
Supabase
Stores the database and our files (for example project logos), also in Frankfurt, Germany.
Resend
Sends account emails, like the password reset link, from the European Union.
Upstash
Counts repeated attempts (like wrong passwords) to stop abuse, in Frankfurt, Germany. Email and IP addresses are kept only as a scrambled fingerprint, for at most an hour.
Debounce
When you create an account, checks if the email address is a temporary one.
Stripe
Handles subscription payments: the payment page, your card and the monthly charges. It receives your email and name, and we never see your full card number.
Google
Only if you choose “Continue with Google”: Google confirms who you are and sends us your email address and first name. We don't get access to your Gmail, contacts or files, and we don't keep your profile picture.
CoinGecko
Provides the list of crypto projects, their logos and market data. When you search for a project, the logos in the results load straight from CoinGecko's servers, so, as with any image on the web, they see your IP address when a logo is shown. We copy the logos of the projects you follow to our own storage; until they're copied, they still load from CoinGecko. We don't send them your account or the projects you follow.
Telegram
Only if you connect it: the alerts and briefs you asked for are delivered to your private chat with the Fiedmo bot, through Telegram's servers. Telegram sees those messages and what you write to the bot. We don't send them your email address or your payment details.
AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Only if you use Ask AI: your question, the recent part of that conversation and the names of the projects you follow are sent to an AI model so it can write the answer. We don't send them your name, your email address or anything else about your account.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. The exact periods will be listed here before launch.

6.Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Romania, that is ANSPDCP.

7.Contact

For questions about your data, write to us from the Contact page, from the email address of your account.
