Cookies are small files your browser keeps for a website. This page lists the cookies Fiedmo uses and why.

1.Cookies we use now

Fiedmo uses the cookies it needs to work and a few of its own for statistics (below). None of them follow you on other websites and none are used for ads.

NEXT_LOCALE: Remembers the language you chose. Kept for 1 year.
fiedmo.session_token: Keeps you logged in. It expires after 90 days without activity and scripts on the page cannot read it.
fiedmo.touched: Makes sure your login is renewed at most once a day. Kept for 24 hours.
fiedmo.theme: Remembers the app theme: light, dark or system. Kept for 1 year.
fiedmo.sidebar: Remembers if you collapsed the menu in the app. Kept for 1 year.
fiedmo.admin_code: Only for the Fiedmo team: remembers that the password was right while the code from the email is entered. Kept for 10 minutes.
fiedmo.email_request: Remembers your sign-up request while you wait for the code in your email, so the “Check your email” screen stays even if you reload the page. Kept for one hour.
fiedmo.state: Only when you use “Continue with Google”: proves that the return from Google belongs to the login you started here. Kept for 5 minutes.

2.Statistics cookies

We count visits to the public pages to know how many people come, from where (for example Google or a link on Telegram), from which kind of device and from which country and city. We learn the country and city from your internet address at the moment of the visit; we do not keep the address itself. We do not link visits to your name or email.

When you create an account, it remembers where you came from (the source, the campaign, the country and the device), so we can see what brings people to Fiedmo.

fiedmo.vid: A randomly chosen number, so we count you only once when you come back. Kept for 1 year.
fiedmo.src: Where you last came to the website from (for example a link on Telegram). Kept for 90 days.
fiedmo.cookies: Remembers that you pressed “Got it” on the cookie notice. Kept for 1 year.
fiedmo.ann_closed: Remembers the announcements (the top bar) you closed, so they don't show again. Kept for 6 months.

3.How to control cookies

You can delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. If you delete the login cookie, you will need to log in again.
